The QTI Group in partnership with O&H Danish Bakery in Racine, WI is recruiting for an experienced food industry professional to join the team as Supply Chain Manager.
In this critical leadership role, you will have an opportunity to utilize your previous experience in a food production facility to bring processes, procedures, and recommendations for inventory management programs and tools to a growing organization that is embracing technology and innovation for future success.

• Leadership of ERP Implementation within assigned Operational Areas
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred
• At least 8 years of experience proven experience in supply chain management roles in the food production industry
• Excellent critical thinking and project management skills with the ability to solve business problems through fact-finding, business

• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends, with the ability to apply analytical and problem-
• Working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, materials, and inventory management
• Broad knowledge of purchasing functions concepts including supplier processes and practices
