Production Manager

The QTI Group in partnership with Aprilaire, an industry leading provider of healthy air solutions, is seeking an experienced Production Manager in Poynette, WI to join their team of professionals who are passionate, customer focused, adaptable, and leading the way for new HVAC technologies and innovative thinking.
The Operations / Production Manager works closely with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met, staffing levels are appropriate, cost-efficiency projects are achieved, and safety and continuous improvement are embedded as part of the plant's culture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Supervisory Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of

education and expereince.
• At least five years of management/supervision experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a union environment is

preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Knowledge of and experience with integrated manufacturing systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Communication skills will be necessary in one-to-one situations as well

as large group settings.
• Ability to effectively present information and engage in problem solving with large groups and respond to questions from managers,

customers, vendors, or other employees within the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.
• Strong sense of urgency.
