Summary
The QTI Group is partnering with a Germantown-area manufacturer to hire its next Network Administrator. This generalist IT role provides day-to-day systems support related to network infrastructure, security, and ERP systems administration.
Location: On-Site (not remote or hybrid). Relocation assistance is not available.
Salary Range: 75,000-90,000 based on experience
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain, upgrade and security network systems for a multi-site company
- Lead IT-related projects and ensure effective implementation
- Manage ERP user access and provide day-to-day ERP support
- Maintain Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, virtual servers, network switches, remote connectivity tools, back-ups, and phone system.
- Administer company database and facilitate any data processing needs
- Develop and implement robust IT disaster recovery plans, including regular testing and updates
- Oversee and enforce IT security policies and procedures; implement and maintain security technologies, such as firewalls and antivirus software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT network administration, preferably as a network engineer or similar role providing day-to-day IT support and recommendations
- Experience providing IT systems support in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Experience with Epicor is a plus
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively connect with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Office 365 certification preferred
- Bachelors preferred in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
