On their behalf, we seek a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is integral to their continued success and growth as a leader in the metal fabrication industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide management, leadership, and direction to all Manufacturing departments in alignment with the annual Business Plan.
• Coordinate and track all manufacturing activities, fostering seamless interaction with other departments, to achieve target levels for operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while meeting all customer needs, both internal and external.
• Act as a decision-maker and change agent, adeptly confronting challenges and issues and effectively overcoming and resolving them.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a metals machining environment with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and JD Edwards MRP system.
