Direct hire opportunity for a Maintenance Technician on 1st shift! Join the team of a locally owned packaging facility. Support operations by performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on food-grade equipment. No on-call scheduling! Competitive pay based on experience and full benefits. Pay starts at $20.00/hour with consideration of experience level
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair machines
- Install and set up new equipment
- Perform electrical repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Prior industrial maintenance experience required
- Mechanical and electrical repair skills
- Fabrication abilities helpful
- PLC skills desired, but not required
- Computer proficiency
