Candidates for this position would fabricating components for different projects, as well as leading the team and making ensuring deadlines and team goals are being meet. Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications and blueprints
- Operate CNC, power shear, press brake and other power tools and equipment
- Resolve any technical or mechanical issues
- Assemble and quality check of final product
- Train, motivate and lead team to ensure goals are being met
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and background in metal machining and forming
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Experience with CNC and other fabrication machines and equipment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
