Summary:
The QTI Group has partnered with a growing manufacturer in Fall River to find their next Electrical Field Service Technician. You will be responsible for travelling to customers throughout the United States and Canada to repair and add electrical and assembly components to generator enclosures.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to aid in installation and perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and on-site
- Estimate repair costs for customers and coordinate on-site service
- Operate hand and power tools to complete disassembly, repair, and reassembly
Qualifications:
- 5 years of solid work history in a similar role
- Must be able to travel
- Passport will be required for travel outside of the U.S.
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred but not required
- Experience providing remote and on-site technical support to customers
- Customer-focused and detail oriented, ability to write and develop reports within Microsoft Office
