Summary:
As a Corporate Quality Manager you will be responsible for leading the Quality department activities for product quality, ensuring that the organization continuously strives for improvement of people, processes, and customer relationships. Responsibilities:
- Lead Continuous Improvement activities
- Participate in supply chain training and help solve supplier related issues
- Update the QMS including the manual, procedures, work instructions, and forms
- Lead all inspection activities
- Inspect proficiently with Romer Arm, MicrVu, Hand tools, etc
- Create and complete PPAP for all new product per AIAG standards
- Update and create IQR documents and SPC inspection reports
- Hold and lead safety committee meetings
Qualifications:
- AIAG PPAP proficient
- ISO 9001 Auditor
- ISO 9001 Implementer
- Professional in customer facing interactions
- Problem Solver
- Statistical Process Controls
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Must be proficient in MiniTab and statistical process controls
