All branches are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless listed as “by appointment only” on our locations page.
QTI requires an I-9 form that’s used to verify the identity and work eligibility of individuals in the United States. To complete the I-9 form, please bring the required documentation to your interview. A list of acceptable documentation can be found here.
No, applicants don’t pay QTI for any service.
Temporary: Employee works at a company for a set amount of time and at the end of that time, the job is completed.
Contract-to-hire: Employee works at a company for a set amount of time as stated in a job agreement. At the end of that period, the employer has the option to hire the employee to work directly for their company.
Direct hire: Client uses QTI to find an employee, then hires that employee directly. The employee does not work for QTI, but starts directly with the client.

When you’re placed on an assignment with QTI, you or your employer will submit a weekly timecard detailing your hours. All timecards should be submitted by 4:00pm on the Monday after your work week. Timecards that are submitted late may result in your paycheck being delayed the following week.
QTI offers direct deposit, or you can sign up for a Rapid Pay Card. Pay day is the Friday after your work week.
A CHANGE Pay Card is similar to a debit card. They’re accepted at all retail locations that take Visa and Mastercard and can be used to access funds at ATMs.
If you will be late or absent for any reason, contact QTI and the client immediately. Call again at 3:00pm to update us on your status for the next workday.
QTI offers several benefits for eligible employees, including paid vacation, holiday pay, and heath insurance. You may be eligible for:
40 hours of paid vacation if you’ve completed 1500 hours of work within a 12-month period following your first day.
$50 of holiday pay if you missed a day of work due to a holiday and have worked 720 hours in the 26 weeks before the holiday.
Keep in mind that your employment with QTI will not entitle you to participate in any of the employee benefits plans that our clients may sponsor.

Yes, and your W2 form will be available in your employee portal too.
All of your information (phone, address, etc.) can be updated in your employee portal.
Please contact your QTI representative. You’re also required to contact QTI for the following instances (failure to do so may result in termination):
If you feel you have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior.
You feel unsafe or threatened. If the threat is imminent, please call 911.
If you are injured.
If you are going to be absent from work.
If a client contacts you directly to hire you after you have worked for QTI. Keep in mind that if you accept this type of offer for direct employment with a QTI client, you will also be resigning your employment with QTI.
If you are charged with, or convicted of, a crime during your employment, you must notify QTI within 48 hours. You must also disclose all criminal charges and convictions during the application process.
Immediately report the injury to your onsite supervisor and QTI, no matter how small the injury, or whether or not you’ll seek medical treatment. If treatment is necessary, QTI will assist in making medical arrangements.
QTI takes employee safety very seriously. Do not undertake any job or task that you feel is unsafe in any way and report all unsafe practices or working conditions.
